My focus is on depth psychology-based (internationally: dynamic) psychotherapy, based on psychoanalytic pathology.
Depth psychology-based psychotherapy is scientifically recognised, has a wide range of applications and is highly relevant in the treatment of mental illness.
It is used to treat many mental and psychosomatic illnesses. These include anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, adjustment disorders, stress reactions, eating disorders, personality disorders and obsessive-compulsive disorders, as well as other illnesses.
Your individual needs are at the forefront; i.e., the focus is on your current mental health issues, symptoms and conflicts.
At the beginning, appropriate therapy goals are agreed upon together, which can be adjusted during the course of therapy if necessary.
In a pleasant atmosphere, the dynamics of psychotherapeutic dialogue are used to gain access to unconscious inner processes.
The therapies are limited in time, which is why the focus is on the most important conflicts that are causing you distress.
Behavioural therapy measures and elements of schema therapy (including imagination exercises, mode model and chair dialogues) are integrated into the treatment as needed.
Sessions usually take place once a week (50 minutes).

An important prerequisite for treatment is that you are willing and motivated to undergo therapy.
